A quantitative research fiend who sees market research as an important tool in understanding how people think, feel and act. Fascinated by social behavior, Emma studied Sociology at Nottingham University before coming straight to Critical on graduation. Happy to be working in an industry that is both academic and professional she enjoys seeing her research results inform crucial business decisions. Her work is mainly quantitative - a mixture of CATI and Online – and she works with a wide range of clients from the British Red Cross to AXA PPP Healthcare and Luton Borough Council. Will admit to being a bit of a tracking study nerd and gets a kick out of watching key variables change over time. Also enjoys baking, though no one in the office believes her (perhaps time to bring more cakes in?) and her signature dish is Banoffee Pie. Her favourite TV program is - you’ve guessed it - The Great British Bake Off. Bit of a neat freak and she gets quite angry about odd socks. Loves travelling the world, fitness classes and singing along to Michael Buble when no one is listening.
