Caroline started out in Market Research quite by chance - purely because the hours fitted around her children. At first she was only working evenings, then she added mornings too, before finally making the move into full time work. 22 years later she is now Interview Manager and handling all aspects of the running of fieldwork for projects as well as recruiting, training and employing the interviewers. She enjoys every project she works on as they all teach her something new – recently for example, working with the RSPB prompted a fascinating visit to one of their local nature reserves. In her spare time Caroline loves to go on long country walks (followed by long afternoons in country pubs) and is happiest on warm summer days in the garden with a glass of wine and a barbecue on the go, or in winter curled up inside with a blanket and the cat. (She loves cats but believes you don’t own them, you become their servant!) Her favourite food is fillet steak and when she cooks, her signature dish is spicy duck breasts with dauphinoise potato and pak choi. She loves theme parks, Motown and Winnie the Pooh and hates worms, snakes and being cold. Her dream job would be ‘working’ as a globetrotting luxury hotel inspector.
